He serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Annual SP200 (annual ranking of the most powerful people in residential real estate), host of the T3 Summit (the leading industry CEO summit) and Chairman of the Swanepoel T3 Group of companies. His academic accomplishments include a bachelor's in science, a master's in business economics, and diplomas in arbitration, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, computer science, and marketing. He has previously served as CEO of seven companies and two non-profits.
