Stephanie has wanted to be a writer since she was six years old. Although her parents were always very encouraging about living her dream, her older brother was the one with the more practical "better find a real job first" advice that shaped Stephanie's future.Stephanie graduated with a double degree in English and Religion & Culture from Wilfrid Laurier University - the same school where she met her husband - and entered the business world, working for a television station, a consulting/training company and an economic development organization. She is also the Founder & CEO of a non-profit organization that provides online support for children who suffer from Depression and their families. Stephanie thoroughly enjoys using her creativity to tackle challenges that she faces in daily life. Being published in two anthologies in 2014 and one in 2016, Stephanie's passion for writing has been renewed and she looks forward to publishing a novel soon. Aside from her writing, Stephanie's other passions include cooking, skiing, reading, spending time with her family and researching topics of interest for the novels she's working on. If you can't find Stephanie carving up the ski hills or experimenting without using recipes in the kitchen, she's probably on her laptop creating new worlds and new characters to entertain the masses.
