Stephanie Michels calls herself a "Jill of All Trades" having worked as everything from a radio DJ to a financial planner during her career. She recently left the corporate world in order to focus on her writing full time.Although she was raised in Michigan, she's lived in Ohio, South Carolina, Missouri, and Germany. Her love of travel has also taken her to many fascinating places here and abroad. However, when her children were young, she chose to move to her beloved Mitten State to be near family. She and best-selling author Patricia Kiyono wrote The Stitching Post Romances, featuring a varied group of women who first met in a quilt shop. Stephanie has also written the romantic comedy "Trouble in Paradys" and a romantic suspense, "Hart & Sole" to be released in November.When she isn't writing, you can find Stephanie reading, playing word games, walking her Yorkie, or enjoying family and friends.
