A promising premise that failed to deliver on many fronts. The characters weren't absorbing, the love triangle was poorly designed, and neither the romance nor the love interests were attractive nor realistic. The most honest thing I can say about this book without expressing my personal frustration...

Beatrice is a Seer and her visions are amongst the clearest of all of the Seers at the Institution where she was raised. With a war on the horizon it is Beatrice's visions that the Institution depend upon most to protect themselves and the rest of the city from the Dreamcatchers. All of the Seers vi...

Bea is a seer, she has visions of the future and was like all seers taken away from her parents after her birth when her gift was obvious by the violet color of her eyes. She grew up in „The institution“, where young seers are trained and educated. She is very talented and when her visions become da...

This one took a bit longer for me to read than I had planned. I liked it, but was a bit confused on and off throughout the story. I'll have the review posted soon as part of the blog tour.

Do not believe the high rating of this book. This is another generic YA written in first person about another special girl that is really as vanilla as they come. The writing was boring and it all read like a journal entry.Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Dark. Unknowing. Trained killers and it's a kill or be killed world. Luminosity literally sucked me into its darkness right from the first line. It has such a vivid opening that instantly pulls you into this terrifying story and I loved every dark and twisted moment of it.In the City, Seers are the ...

****FINAL RATING: 4.20 STARS****CATCHALLI loved, loved, loved, Luminosity. It has a strong heroine and a well-developed love triangle. There's also a surprisingly healthy dose of mystery and a heap of the paranormal, even maybe a little bit of magic. It's also a fabulous dystopian. It's a little bi...

Luminosity was an easy page turner with a good, entertaining, and refreshing story I found interesting from the very start. The characters were instantly likeable, though, I would’ve really liked to get more of an in-depth look at a few of them that I didn’t quite feel that connection with. This sto...
