Stephen Glass was born in South Korea. His father was an American G.I., and his mother was Korean. After 2 1/2 years, he (Yoon Min Kyoo) was taken to an orphanage in Ilsan, S. Korea and then spent one year there. He was adopted by an American family and was raised in the state of Washington. Stephen was raised to be sensitive, caring, and aware of situations and people. It was natural that caring and concern for children and nature grew within him.Stephen earned a Master degree form Drexel University (Master of Science-Science of Instruction) and has a teaching certificate for the State of Washington. He has been teaching English in South Korea since July, 2008, hoping to succeed in finding his birth mother soon.Sara Sparrow is his first book.
