STEPHEN M. MURPHY is a trial lawyer in San Francisco where he represents employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment cases. A Boston native, he graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts and the University of San Francisco School of Law. His latest book is ABOUT POWER, A Dutch Francis Novel, which is the sequel to ALIBI.
