Fun. This book was just a lot of fun. It felt very fast-paced, especially as compared to today's write for the trade mentality. Rarely did a story go more than one issue in a row. A good volume in the Essentials series, featuring some excellent stories from MTIO. The Project Pegasus saga is reprinted here, as is the Serpent Crown and Maelstrom storylines. Great artwork by Ron Wilson, Gene Day, John Byrne. and George Perez abounds.
