This didn't live up to my childhood memories. I still love the art, but I didn't like the story. I didn't remember Ping almost ending up on a dinner plate, and I didn't like that plot point now. LOL - it was too scary for me, now that I am an adult!

Gosh I loved this book as a child. But sometimes you revisit a childhood classic and it isn't quite what you remember. But I can happily say Ping is just as good as I remember.
