Not original and not good. Didn't get the whole lube thing - is that supposed to make Mitchell sound interesting or clever? Also, if someone is that drunk - yes, it is dub con in the best case. And no, the drunk straight dude is not supposed to apologize for coming onto the gay roommate who took...
Good sexy scene, but then the story ends at 40%! The rest is some teaser for another story or series. The teaser was longer than the actual story. It did not make me want to buy it.
