Faythe wants freedom from her repressive werecat family. As one of the very few female werecats, her father and brothers want her firmly repressed, kept at home and quickly married off to a man of their choosing. Faythe wants to go to college and lead her own life as an actual person… But when oth...

This was a really good story. I really feel in love with the characters. Faythe is a smart mouth, independent werecat, that wants freedom to make her own decisions. Marc is your typical Alpha male type who wants nothing more than Faythe. And that's where the disagreements start. The plot is interest...
want a real life adventure? come to Australia we have spiders bigger than your hand.
this book was ok, i was a bit disappointed in the fact that i thought faythe should be a bit smarter and not so well protected by her parents and brothers,i understand that tabby's are rare but she calls her father daddy and half the time i was hitting the book to my forehead going how could you be ...

Essentially Kelley Armstrong's Bitten but with werecats and a less interesting/more annoying heroine. While Bitten's Elena was strong, smart, and made her own choices, Faythe is GRR ANGRY and gets reduced to a pile of quivering jelly at the sight of male hipbones. This seemed like it really had the p...

Something about the cover/description of this series had me pick it up and then immediately put it back at the library numerous times over the years. But I finally decided to give it a shot when some friends in one of my GR groups raved about this series. I've gotten a lot of good reads from these l...

There has been a lot of hype about this series and though it was an enjoyable read it just wasn't what I was expecting. I didn't really connect with the characters. But anyway i will continue the series because there have been lots of times when I wasn't wowed by the first book.

I’m Too Stupid to Live and So Can You! A Checklist, By Faythe When sensing a threat to your person, I find it’s best to do the following:1. Get rid of any potential witnesses. If you’re about to get your ass kicked they could double as rescuers and how can you expect to get kidnapped or die a grizzl...

A breath of fresh air in this genre. A strong, likeable female protagonist surrounded by a bunch of likeable guys. A smart and interesting take on werecats and their society. The book is not sullied by overindulgent sex scenes, which I find tiresome and a poor substitute for actual plot and charact...

“I wasn’t that bad.”She smiled. “You broke Ethan’s arm.”“It was self-defense. He wouldn’t let go of my foot.”“He was helping you tie your shoe.”I shrugged. I remembered it differently. Faythe has always been a handful it seems. She is smart, stubborn, headstrong, slightly aggressive and defiant. So ...

I can’t say I didn’t enjoy it because I did. It was more the over-telling, the overexplaining, the repetitions that made it seem like the writer assumed the reader couldn’t keep up without them. All of those slowed down the pace way too much. Thankfully, I’m a persistent bugger, but I’m sad to say t...
