Stuart Harrison grew up in Warwickshire, England and as a young adult moved to New Zealand. In the late nineties, after a business failed, Stuart, his wife and new baby returned to England where Stuart intended to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a novelist. They settled in Dorset and after several rejected manuscripts, Stuart wrote The Snow Falcon which was published in 1999 and subsequently sold in more than a dozen countries, becoming a bestseller in many of them, and saving Stuart and his family from looming poverty. Four more novels followed The Snow Falcon, and now in 2012 Stuart has released a rewritten version of The Snow Falcon as well as a new novel, The Flyer, which is a love story set against the background of the early aviators, particularly during the First World War. In 2013 a new series of novels will be released and available through Amazon. Stuart and his family now live in the Bay of Islands, New Zealand. His website is stuartharrison.com
