Very engaging and compassionate study of hoarders. I found it a little repetitive at times, and I would have liked a little more on the "meaning of things" side. Still, it's fascinating reading.

I've seen a few epsiodes of the Hoarders TV show so I was curious about this book. The book takes a much less sensationalized approach with case studies, the psychological basis for the problems, and the approaches to treating them. Not terribly engrossing but usually very interesting.
