Sue Kozlowski is an experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt who has led successful process improvement projects in almost every area of healthcare.Her first career was in the clinical laboratory. In 2003 she transitioned to process improvement, and became an expert project facilitator, trainer, and leadership coach. She is currently the Director of Healthcare Services at TechSolve, Inc., a not-for-profit lean consulting company based in Cincinnati.Sue earned her BS in Medical Technology from Michigan State University, and her MS in Administration from Central Michigan University. Sue is a member of the American Society for Quality, and she speaks at national conferences on the topics of lean six sigma, organizational culture change, and leadership.With noted Lean author Don Tapping, Sue has collaborated on several of his latest healthcare releases. She is hard at work on her new "Lean Improvement Toolkit" which will be published soon.
