In high school, when she scribbled out insanely humorous stories featuring her friends and classmates, Sue Penkivech dreamed of being a published writer. Never one to travel in a straight line from Point A to Point B, she instead took the circuitous route, featuring careers in human resources, information technology, school librarianship, and bookfair merchandising. She currently lives in Wisconsin with her husband, two daughters, and the requisite two cats, the last of which encourage her writing by walking on her keyboard and pouncing at the paper as it comes out of the printer. Visit her on the web at suepenkivech.wordpress.com!
