I have lived most of my life in England but emigrated to New Zealand in 2001 where I now live with my husband and Poppy, the dog, in a house overlooking the wild Pacific Ocean. My first book for young adults was published in 1989 and since that time over forty of my books for young adults and children have been published. In 1998 I was commissioned by Hodder Children's books to write a series of six books featuring George and Timmy, the favourite characters from Enid Blyton's "Famous Five". An anthology of three of these stories "Adventures of George and Timmy" has now been published but sadly, the publishers forgot to put my name on the cover of this new book so new writers beware! I have also written under the name Lucy Daniels for the Animal Ark series and Fiona Kelly for the Mystery Club Series. I love sitting at my computer thinking up new stories although have been taking a break lately. Most of my books are available from second hand book dealers and continue to be enjoyed by thousands of children and young adults. Most have been translated into many European and Asian languages. My new book "Saving Magic" is now available from Amazon and is my first e-Book.
