I honestly don't know what happened here. The story starts to move into what feels like the larger, more overarching story, but ends on a cliffhanger and I don't believe any more books were released. The writing is really starting to get stronger as the series goes on. Its still not great, but its definitely improving.
I suppose I should add - the art is very pretty. Sometimes, as with many manga, its hard to follow what's going on. But the character designs are all unique and the art itself is flowing and lovely. I jsut wish I could take the actual content more seriously.
Well... better than the first. But still, incredibly disjointed and tries so hard to be serious that it comes out the other end as unintentionally hilarious
Hahaha! This manga is awful. Totally awful. Poorly paced, flat characters, good ideas but trying too hard and bludgeoning the reader with awkward and heavy-handed symbolism.And yet I love it. Its so ridiculous that it comes around to the other side and becomes sort of hilarious.
