This book is HILARIOUS! This will be fun and hysterical for any grade level, IF the teacher is reading it aloud. Otherwise, Fountas & Pinnell would probably give this book the label S. That would make it appropriate for independent reading for a 4th or 5th grader. I actually used this book over the ...

I read Judy Blume's book Blubber right before this one, so I wasn't really sure what to expect. This was a nice, lighthearted read after such a heavy text. A very silly book. Great book! I laughed out quite a bit, which is always a great indication of a good book. I'd definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in a quick read with lots of laughs. On a side note, they do discuss the "truth" about Santa Claus.

This second book was very personal for me. My mother just had a third child, my youngest sister. I went through the same feelings as Peter. I was already unhappy having one sister, what would it be like to have two?
