A book about dragons? A heroine with a PhD in gemology who also happens to have a thieving past? Sounds interesting! In reality? "Holy Mary, Joseph, and Peter!" (Lucy says this way too much). Eh. I was disappointed. I understand family loyalty. But. But, at some point there needs to be a line drawn. ...
She has a hidden disorder and a secret past, but Mallory Branson has finally landed an Oscar-worthy part, only problem is the new director insists that she has a bodyguard which threatens to expose all of her flaws in this exciting contemporary romance. He dislikes phony actresses and Mathias Carl...
So this was a case of judging a book by its cover (isn't it gorgeous?) and being right. How exciting is that! Scott writes her dragons wonderfully and their environment is just about perfect for them. Living in Vegas, no one really thinks twice when something crazy happens - and they have plenty ...
I love shifter books and dragons woo hoo.... But this but was just ok to me. Even though you can read this as a standalone I feel I would have enjoyed this book more if I'd read previous books and got a feeling of there world and characthers.I didn't take to Mei or Darius that much, I cared enough ...

I don’t read dragon books often, so this was a nice change of pace. You can read the full review here:http://www.fantasybookaddict.com/2013/08/29/luck-o...
The start was truly good, but the 2nd half felt rushed. I don't understand how the MC went from distrust[like a normal person] to "I will love you forever, please don't kick me out." It happened in a few hours! Too unreal for me, even for PNR.
This book's premise is great and I loved the world of the dragon shifters that the author presents to the reader. I did have an issue with the actions of the heroine at the end and the quick resolution that occurred. I think that the hero forgave her a tad too quickly given just what she did. Other ...
2.5I'm going to have to admit that I struggled with rating this book for one major reason:I'm a huge, huge, huge dragon fan. You tell me something has a dragon in it and man oh man do you have someone that wants it. This makes me very susceptible to reading titles that I would normally run away fr...
fun read, though the heroine was occasionally TSTL, and her idiot brother wasn't much better. Loved the dragons, though. Full review I still feel like a newbie when it comes to PNR, and I’m still trying to find tropes and authors that work for me. One trope that I haven’t liked in the past is the ...
