Good cast of characters with a new take on shifters. Definitely moving to book 2 of the series because i just want to see Gentry (hero of this installment) get his revenge.

So supes are out and must register with the government. Both Graylan and Emry fall hard and fast. I expect that in novellas, but in this one, I just didn't believe it. I think Helene was the best part. I loved how she blossomed at the end with Emry and Graylan looking out for her. This would have be...

The absolute Best Bear Shifter story I've EVER read!Seriously, I was about to give up on the Bear Shifter stories. Every one I've attempted to read has always been just beyond horrible, or too cheesy/fluffy for my taste. Or simply just not enough of anything to hold my attention. This book has renew...

I make no bones about the fact that I adore T.S. Joyce. Her Damon’s Mountain series is one I go back to when I am feeling blue, tired, or just want a quick, happy read with a bit of an edge. There is drama and danger, prejudice and bigotry, but there is also love and courage, family and friends. Now...

“There comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular, but he must take it because conscience tells him it is right.” ― Martin Luther King Jr., A Testament of Hope: The Essential Writings and Speeches Kirk Slater is a rip-roaring, chest-beating, musclebou...

“Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime.” ― Mark Twain, The Innocents Abroad/Rou...

This is the first book by this author that I've ever read. Given that this is tied up with another series (or two), I was a little bit lost when it came to the shifter "world" and how things worked. I also didn't know any of the side characters and I felt like it was slightly taken for granted that ...
