High school senior year is when it all begins. Skye's dad works her so hard to get good grades to get in the best college. Finally her stepmom talks him into a vacation.
While on vacation she meets the most amazing guy. They make out in the pool regardless of those around them. When all is said and done she asks him his name and he says Dante Lord. Everything starts to spin Skye feels sick and finally lets Dante know who she is.

Dante having been raised by his dad had no idea his mother even got married. How can this be happening?

What will happen to Dante and Skye?
Will they let their attraction ruin their family?

I have read books by this author and loved them. The whole stepbrother genre is new to me and
I can honestly say this was an intriguing read. I enjoyed it.

REVIEW
We pickup in this book where we were left from book 2. Victory is now teaching at the Rock and Roll music school where Kellan works. Victory is now making a band with her good friend Olivia and 2 guys she knows who are twins no less. Kellen can’t get Victory out of his mind and dreams about her often. Victory also has some pretty hot dreams of Kellan. Will they finally find their way to each other?

Victory finally breaks down and lets Kellan know about her life and why singing is not apart of it.

The night finally comes for the big blow out at the Gunslinger. Kellan will perform with his band and Victory with hers if their band mates make it on time.


Victory and Kellan both have demons of the past to work through so If this couple can come out with a Happily Ever After well I am not sure as we didn’t get one in the book.

This book is well written and I enjoyed reading it.

This is the 2nd book in Victory Run and it picks right up where book 1 left off.
Victory has gone through hell since being kicked out of her band. Kellan is still pursuing her and wow is he ever so sweet but Victory just doesn’t want to be involved right now or does she? Then bring on mysterious Julian whom comes into the music store where Victory works and whops out cash for a
$ 30,000 plus guitar and now he has his eyes on Victory.
I don’t know where the story is headed and I really want to know if Victory falls in love with either of these hot fella’s who are truly wanting her. I sure hope she gets a happy ending.
I will have to wait for the next book to find out !!

I liked how book 2 got more in depth with the characters. I learned a bit more about them so that helps a lot. Again the story is well written.

Thanks Devon Hartford for leaving me hanging but assuring I will be grabbing book #3. LOVED this one !!!

Rock Band – Skin Trade consists of Bobby on Drums, Rex on Bass, Scott on Vocals and Victory is on Electric Guitar .

Victory Payne guitarist in a Rock & Roll band called Skin Trade. She is girlfriend to the Lead Singer Scott who is one cocky SOB. They have finally got their chance to play at the Cobra Lounge and knowing many execs are here its important. Scott is one crappy boyfriend and in my opinion Victory needs to kick him to the curb…

Kellan
Visits the Cobra Lounge often and tonight he is wanting to see Skin Trade.
Kellan is very cocky and has a way with the women. He is adored by all women. But he has now
Set his eyes on the one woman who may not fall for his sex appeal. Victory Payne.

Not sure where this story is going as it left me hanging but I along with you all who grab it
Will find out in the next book I hope.

The book is well written and the story flows which are big plus’s for me. However something is missing and I hope I find it in the next book .. ROCK ON !!!!!!!

This book is true to Devon Hartfords style of writing. I enjoyed his first series and I know I will enjoy this one .. Highly Recommend !!
