The Mac Brothers are on the cusp of strengthening their bond as they rebuild a business that has seen better days. Jennifer Conner expertly flip flops between romantic suspense and contemporary romance. I'm more enamored of her contemporary tales. Seaside Playboy is about having the courage to regain control of one's life. Donnan and Emina are both unhappy with the direction their lives are headed. Donnan has grown tired of the redundancy of his and Emina is seeking to break her cycle of making bad choices. Brought together by an old resort, can these two rebuild their lives into something extraordinary together? Seaside Playboy is as sweet as it is short. My only complaint is that I wish it was a bit longer.

Jennifer Conner is a very talented author. Her contemporary romances are constants on my one click list. A Cup of Danger, though not as light and humorous as my normal reads by her, definitely grabs hold of your emotions. Living a life of privilege while trapped in a world of secrets and danger is not what Livia Kane signed up for. A cold husband with violent tendencies, an emotionless marriage and an attraction she is blindsided by, may just send her over the edge. Hopefully, she can survive the fall.

Cami and her friends have a locket from her grandmother that her grandmother swears works like Cinderella’s fairy godmother. So the girls try it to see if it will work. The very next day, Cami meets Lance and her life makes a big turn.

This was a pretty quick read with a moral buried in it. Cute story. I’d recommend it to anyone that likes short and sweet.

Dare To Love Series: London with a Dare ... I love me those Dares. Anytime I can catch a glimpse of these rich and powerful heartthrobs I am a happy camper. So the Dare to Love series from Kindle Worlds is the best. Short, sassy reads with sex appeal and a chance to discover new authors was right up my alley. In London with a Dare we not only catch up with Ian and Riley but also meet Chapple and Elisha. Chapple has a hot head, a bad boy image and wicked bed side manner. Elisha has a soft heart that makes her easy prey for this bad boy's seductive skills. Of course there is no substitute for Ms. Phillips' Dares who push the envelope at every turn but Chapple's tempting renegade came pretty close.

The concept of this collection was a little weird but the message behind it was beautiful. I received a copy of The Cinderella Body Club Collection in exchange for an honest review. I laughed, cried and fell in love with something about each story. Jennifer Conner, Angela Ford, Sharon Kleve and Amber Daulton have the daunting task of examining how we view ourselves influences how we are seen by others. The unconventional solution a magic locket that helps them see things differently. The story is cheesy BUT inspirational. A romance wrapped in fantasy that leads to understanding. Beauty is more than just an outer shell. It's an inner feeling. A universally relevant message.
