The Tiny Book of Tiny Stories Volume 1
The Tiny Book of Tiny Stories: Volume 1 - Joseph Gordon-Levitt

This is a review of all three volumes

I'm always surprised by something when I reread these books. That's why I keep them around. The quality varies greatly among stories, but the ones that are good are really good.

The Tiny Book of Tiny Stories: Volume 1
The Tiny Book of Tiny Stories: Volume 1 - Joseph Gordon-Levitt A super fast but super adorable and beautiful read. It's a perfect mix of some quirky art and equally quirky, cute, sometimes even thought-provoking stories that will appeal to, well, anyone really!

My favourite ones were about the sugar cube with his Wicked Witch of the West impersonation as he melted; the x-ray one about the girl had a beautiful picture, the way it was done by etching with pencil; the one about the element of surprise; the owl story, again, had a very adorable picture which is what I loved about it; and the very last one, about if the story of a couple was read backwards.

It's a perfect little pick-me-up in case if you feel down, or just want to spend a few minutes and read something to calm you mind and de-stress. I adored this little gem, despite a few of the stories being average in quality, picture- or writing-wise. There was enough cuteness and witty wisdom in it to forgive for the few not-so-great parts.
