Brielle wants to get lessons on how to seduce and land Kirby. She answers a dating app for a mentor to teach her. When they meet they are attracted to each other. The mentor, Hale, is especially attracted and has to keep reminding himself he is only there to teach her. Will the reminders work? Will their lessons devolve into more?
I enjoyed this story. I hated that they could not openly communicate because of the terms of their contract. Had they been able to communicate more freely of their pasts and what was currently occurring, they would not have had so many misunderstandings. Had they been more open about their feelings for each other not so many tears would have been shed (at least about their feelings of love.) I liked how Hale handled the misunderstandings of his past and life. I found that the chemistry between the two was off the charts. They were very much in tune with each other. It was great.
I cannot wait to read the next book in the series.
