LIfe WIll be the Deah of Me... and You Too!
Life Will Be the Death of Me - Chelsea Handler
I Picked Up This Book Because: I love Chelsea.

I’ve always thought Chelsea was an open book when it came to her writing but this book take open, honest and vulnerable to new levels for her. This book follows a year of therapy and explores her losses in life. Her personality, the shortcomings that come with that and her need and ability to overcome these challenges.

This book was deeply personal on another level for Chelsea. I admire her for putting it all out there. It’s not always pretty but I’m glad to see how open and honest she is about this journey. It has inspired me.

My Horizontal Life
My Horizontal Life: A Collection of One-Night Stands - Chelsea Handler

I do like Chelsea Handler. I think she's funny. This had it's moments. Laugh out loud hilarious moments. Then there were the moments I thought to myself, how shallow is she? I appreciated how open she is, but at the same time, I thought she was very judgmental at others times too. Was disappointed that this audiobook is NOT narrated by the author.

Are You There Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea - Chelsea Handler

I will start this review off by saying that I have a love/hate relationship with Chelsea Handler. I agree with her on many things and think she can be hilarious, but I also don't like mean or offensive humor, which is kind of her thing. For the most part, this was a very humorous book. If you are a fan of Handler, you will probably like this book. If you don't like Handler, you probably won't like this book. It's pretty simple. Really there were only two parts that I really didn't like: the rape jokes/comments and the entire chapter recounting Kimmy's visit. Handler is pretty well-known for her "love" of little people, so I wasn't surprised by anything she said, but to me the jokes were still derogatory and harmful. A quick and funny book. It was a good buy considering it was a dollar at Goodwill.

Sorry Chelsea Handler, I just couldn't do it
Lies That Chelsea Handler Told Me - Chelsea Handler,Johnny Kansas,Stephanie Stehling,Heather McDonald,Roy Handler,Brad Wollack,Amber Mazzola,Josh Wolf,Shoshanna Handler,Eva Magdalenski,Amy Meyer,Glen Handler,Dave Mallow,Sarah Colonna I could not finish this audio. I listened to over 2 hours of it and I had enough. I was hoping for something funny to listen to as I walked my cat outside but what I really found was someone who liked to pick on other people constantly. Sometimes I wondered if the only reason they put up with it was because of who Chelsea was or because she was related to them but really seriously enough is enough. Then I got thinking, how old are we? I can understand a prank now and then but after listening to these individuals talk about Chelsea, she is a constant prankster and the sky is the limit. For me, this book was just too much. Moving on….
