Beautifully written, we learn more about Henry/Sebastian's past and meet Viola his brain-damaged twin sister. Plus we finally get some hot sex between Mac and Henry.

What Fun!

Gosh I Wish I was a Good Writer

What FUN! Lisa Henry and JA Rock are tough writers who normally take me on heavy rides through deep stories. This was fun and I couldn't get enough. I Loved Henry Page and I loved Mac even more. Warning: This is a trilogy and I read them back-to-back-to-back because there has a serious cliffhanger.

A Writer Reads

I'm reading the series because my sister really wanted me to. Honestly, it was closer to 3.5 stars, especially towards the end, but I didn't feel like rounding up.

It's not bad, just nothing special, although I've been informed it gets a lot better. I hope that's true! My main issue with it was that all of the major female characters were warrior/sports-y types who were always rude to the heroes and, I'm pretty tired of that archetype.

This was a great book! I had such a great time reading it!

I think this book was better than #1 to be honest. More character development, more story development and more relationship development. I loved the sex scene, it surprised me. Wonder if we'll see more like it. :)

Whatever he called himself, Mac still wanted him. He was like sugar, like cake. One taste didn't kill the craving at all, however unhealthy you knew it was. No, just one little taste, and you wanted the whole thing.
