Colbie and her friends are at Lake Tahoe for a skiing vacation. She's not as accomplished a skier as they are, so she sends them off to enjoy themselves on the harder slopes. As she starts toward the easy slope, she avoids a little girl and falls in the snow. She is unable to get up without the help of the most handsome man she has ever seen. Turns out he was a ski instructor and teaches her how to ski. When he wants to spend more time with her, she leaves. Both think of each other and manage to find each other back home in Seattle. Do they take the chance to learn more of each other? Does Colbie run away again?

I liked this story. I felt happy reading about Colbie and Noah. They are sweet together. She has been hurt in the past but Noah senses how fast he can go with her. His intuition helps Colbie feel safe. I hope they have more than one perfect night. This was way too short.

I have loved the Sullivans for what seems like forever. From the moment I discovered this family of overachievers to the present, Bella Andre was at the top of my favorites list. She engages your senses while laying claim to your emotions. All while making you smile and maybe even shed a few tears. I continue to be captivated by the legacy that is the Sullivan Clan. From San Francisco to Maine, New York and now London these characters continue to put a little love in my heart. As Long as I Have You is a reminder of why, Bella Andre is in a class that's all her own.

I've read many books. Adored a great deal of characters. Discovered a number of new authors and enjoyed a great many tales, but no matter how far I roam, Bella Andre and her Sullivan series is never far from my heart. The Sullivans are the epitome of what a family should be. They live their best life because they know, they have love guiding the way. Your Love is Mine is the latest in a long line of captivating, heartbreaking and always inspirational reads. So happy to see that Cassie finally gets her story and what a beautifully, enchanting journey it is. Flynn should be enjoying the good life, but old heartaches continue to dog his present. When past and present collide with a broken heart, his precious Ruby paves his way home. From that first hello to the last goodbye, Andre makes every second count. I LOVE THAT!

With each new book in the Sullivan family series, I seem to fall in love with the hero each and every time. We had met Alec in the other books and he always seemed a bit harder than the other members of his family, so imagine my surprise when I not only fell in love with him, but he became one of my most favorite characters in the series to date.

Cordelia and Alec are as opposite as opposites can be at first glance. Alec is a partner in a billion dollar aviation business and Cordelia is happily running her little nursery in a small town. She wants nothing to do with the business she is inheriting from the birth father she never met. I loved that Alec was all ready to be all business about offering a buy out package until he saw Cordelia the first time.

I have to say I adored the instant connection between Alec and Cordelia. I felt like they each just understood each other on a level no one else ever had. Add in the smoking hot chemistry between them, and I fell so hard for them as a couple.

Each of the New York Sullivan children have every right to have issues with their father, and I so understood Alec being less inclined to be ready to forgive and have his father be a main part of his life. I think because of the time he spent with Cordelia and seeing her be open to forgiving her birth father, it helped put him on the path to forgiving his father.

I really did love everything about You Do Something to Me. It was filled with love, passion, laughter, and tears. I love a book that makes me feel so many emotions at once, and Bella Andre is a master of emotion. I highly recommend not only this book but all the books in the Sullivan Family series.

Alec and Cordelia's story may seem like a bad cliche, but in reality it's a valid life lesson.  You Do Something To Me is about appreciating the blessings of fate and learning from the painful moments faced along the way.  It's not always pretty, but the feedback is worth each bump in the road.  These people entered each other lives at a time when they needed each other most.  From the pain of loss, to the trappings of instant fame, wealth and the surprising twists headed their way, the secret heir and the wealthy playboy change each other's lives in a big way. One obvious lesson to me is once a Sullivan takes over a heart there's no way to ever get it back.  Something author and characters have in common.
