As I mentioned in a previous update, this is an adaptation of Dracula that is much changed and much whittled down. The very bare bones of the original story are still here, but a lot is left out.

That being said, it's still an enjoyable listen, and the cast all give excellent performances.

However, if you're a Dracula purist, you might want to pass this one by.

I forgot to mention in my last update that Lucy is engaged to Dr. Seward.

Mina goes to Jonathan in Budapest and the two are married and off on a month long honeymoon when Dracula begins visiting Lucy.

It's like the bare bones of the story are here, but so much is changed. So much is left out. Still, it's a nice way to pass the time.

I've finished Part 1. In this adaptation, Lucy and Mina are sisters with the last name of Westerman, and Dr. Seward's first name is Arthur instead of John. I'm assuming they're combining his and Arthur Holmwood's characters.
