The Destiny Of Violet And Luke
The Destiny of Violet and Luke - Jessica Sorensen

3 stars

'The Destiny Of Violet And Luke' had a great plot and an end that left my mouth hanging open in shock. Violet And Luke had great chemistry and as characters they were extremely interesting. it was a fast paced page- turner, but I can't give it the number of stars it probably deserves, because I read when I was like 14 and then again when I was 15 and I think this book was a bit rough and maybe I'm being too harsh, but that's the feeling I got. It had pretty graphic scenes in it and maybe if I read it FOR THE FIRST TIME when I was much older I would have appreciated it more, but... anyway I think you should probably be 16 to read it or maybe even 17 if you don't like this kind of stuff. But all in all, it was interesting, sexy and fun to read.

read it and let me know what YOU think!

The Destiny of Violet & Luke
The Destiny of Violet & Luke - Jessica Sorensen I didn't love it like I did the Callie and Kayden books. I had a harder time with Luke and Violet as people-they just have SO many issues...And Preston...just yuck. So, it was hard to really get into this book. But, I did finish it because, for whatever reason, I wanted to see where it would go. I love Jessica Sorenson so I think part of me stuck through the book for that reason.

The Probability of Violet and Luke
The Probability of Violet and Luke - Jessica Sorensen I don't know if it's possible for things to get worse for these two. I seriously do not know. They have gone through so much and it's hard for me to imagine them ending up in even more trouble that they did here. Especially Violet. She's definitely got a lot to deal with and Luke, well, he's really going to need to get his act together.

One thing I really, really liked about this book was Ryler. He was awesome and reading about him makes me want to read Unbeautiful even more than I already do.

The ending makes me think that things might start to get better for these two, but it won't be easy. They have a lot to deal with. And they have a lot of demons to work out. Plus we have the whole thing with Preston/whatever his real name is. And there's Luke's issue with alcohol and gambling, and the stuff with his parents.

Another thing I really liked was seeing a bit more of Seth and Greyson (I'm so excited for their book!), though they weren't really in this that much. I just love them so much.

Still, this was a very good read. I love reading about characters who have issues and are trying to work through them (even if it takes a while). And this definitely worked for me. I'm looking forward to the final Violet and Luke book because it will be interesting to see how things work out for the two of them.

The Destiny of Violet & Luke
The Destiny of Violet & Luke - Jessica Sorensen I preferred The Coincidence of Callie & Kayden and The Redemption of Callie & Kayden, but this was still a really good book. I loved how dark it got in places and the ending did leave me excited to continue reading.

I will admit, I'm not sure about these two as a couple right now. Both of them have so many issues. Luke with his mom and dad and his addiction problems, and Violet with Preston and the stuff with her parents. And when these two are together, they seem to feed off each other and everything gets worse. They're on a destructive path and I'm not sure how it will end exactly, but it's definitely interesting to me and I cannot wait to see what happens next.

I loved seeing Seth and Greyson in this. I cannot wait for their book. And I kinda wish we could have had a bit more of them. Not that they have to take over the story or anything, but I could have done with a little bit more of them (and Callie and Kayden).

I'm sure this won't be for everyone. The characters aren't always the most likable and they can be frustrating at the best of times. I also think some people will find it hard to connect to them. I found it hard at times myself, but then something would happen or we would find something out about their childhood, and I could see why they were messed up like they were. And I understood why they were trying to forget.

Did I love this book? Yes and no. It was really captivating and I hated having to put it down, but I didn't love it as much as other books, so I think it deserves a 4* or maybe a 4.5* rating. I definitely say go for this if you like NA romances, where the romance isn't the main plot.

The Destiny of Violet & Luke
The Destiny of Violet & Luke - Jessica Sorensen En la sección donde dice los géneros de este libro dice que es dark, y pues sí...
