This was a quick read that I really enjoyed. I really liked both characters and liked following them in their story. I highly recommend.

I really enjoyed this story and am really enjoying this new series. I liked both main characters a lot. I read through it rather quickly. I highly recommend.

One Night of Temptation is a reminder of why I continue to be a Darcy Burke fan. Burke doesn't write damsels in distress. Her characters are fierce women determined not to be victimized. Lady Penelope is a she - ro in every sense of the word. She fights her own battles, lives her own truth and gives her heart completely. When life throws her a curveball, she refuses to surrender. Until love takes the choice right out of her hands. Hugh is not in her plans, but this spirited duo heated up the pages as they thundered their way into my heart.

It took more than a little while for me to wrap my head around Jack and welcome him into my heart. He's the guy you want to love, but are never sure you can actually trust. Burke is at her best when her characters are at their worst. One Night of Scandal draws readers into an intriguing love affair. Jack and Violet are a complication the heart doesn't need, but refuses to do without. Neither is what they seem and that's what made me love them so much more. A temptation worth exploring.

Author Erica Ridley is a favorite of mine. I love that she dares to be different, is not afraid to be bold and breaks through stereotypes at ever turn. Heroines are more than just a pretty face. Heroes are not just sex on a stick. Priscilla and Thaddeus, flip the switch when it comes to how to fall in love. Ridley explores the heart of a romantic, in the soul of a bad boy. One Night of Passion proves that when it comes to falling in love, the heart has free reign and we're just along for the ride. Incredibly beautiful, tempestuously different and unmistakably unforgettable.
