Die Wochenpläne orientieren sich ziemlich durchgängig an gesunder und ausgewogener Ernährung und können inhaltlich trotzdem je nach Geschmack gut angepasst werden. Einkaufslisten und präzise Vorgehensmuster, bzw. Anleitungen erleichtern die Herangehensweise dabei enorm und sind absolut zielführend. Ich fand die jeweilige Bebilderung sehr ansprechend und kann von den Gerichten, die ich bisher nachgekocht habe auch sagen, dass sie gut schmeckten und ankamen. Insgesamt lag mein Fokus allerdings nicht auf Gewichtsreduktion, wobei ich von den verwendeten Zutaten her (viel Gemüse und Gesundes) doch denke, dass sich hier auch ein gewisser Erfolg einstellen dürfte. Insgesamt ein schönes und inhaltlich brauchbares Meal-Prep-Kochbuch, deshalb dafür 5 Sterne und eine klare Empfehlung meinerseits!
