Currently Ignoring you, you, you, you and you . . .
Indulgence - Jack Llawayllynn
Bared to You - Sylvia Day,Jill Redfield
Frankenstein - Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley
Blessed Isle - Alex Beecroft
Food Rules for Vegan Eating (Food Rules Series) - Jennifer Wells

I have attempted to read many a book the past week but find myself either finding fault with them or being lured away by the tv. Am I choosing the wrong books or is there something wrong with me? I had hoped to start off the year fresh and actually read 100 books but so far my reading has been dismal.

Indulgence has stalled at Chapter 4. I'm bored already and this sucker is long.

Bared to You is boring me with all of the sex (yep, it's true).

I'm reading Frankenstein on audio and the narrator reads with such an over-zealous intensity that it's almost too much for my sleepy ears first thing in the AM. I'll try again tomorrow because I just read that the narration of the "monster" is the best part.

Blessed Isle has stalled for me. It has great reviews and some of the writing is very charming but I'm just not the high seas adventure loving type. All of that sea action gave me flashbacks of The Old Man and The Sea which I was forced to read in high school. The two are now stranded on an island and the big love scene was a big behind the curtain fizzler.  Oh well . . .

Food Rules for Vegan Eating was a super short 50 page or so ebook but the unpolished writing and gloss over just didn't work for me. I had to DNF after reading one two many omissions/errors and flat out bad advice.

So for anyone who has read any of these which one is worth finishing?
