Today, anyone can view products online. Just quickly search for other "comments" on Google and you will get review pages from top tech companies, mom blogs, and random people on Amazon. You'll find many pretentious "experts" in forums, angry reviews in any online store, and interesting product reviews that make you wonder how people have so much free time. Anyone can write product reviews and see millions. Your voice must be appealing. But sometimes it goes too far.
For example, when a product does not meet someone's expectations or a company does not provide quality service to someone, some assessors want to punish them. Comments are a very effective method. Look at some stars on Amazon or Yelp: people who write in capital letters, people who write 5,000-word essays. Many people feel a power and personal importance when writing reviews. Of course, we can say that this is fine. This is their comment, they can do whatever they want. However, if you want to have a professional image online and want to appear as an expert in your field, even if the product experience is scary, you need to write clear, fair and level reviews.
