Review Billie Jean by Claire Davis & Al Stewart
Billie Jean - Claire Davis

This was delicious. Loved Niall and Dan together. Each other's opposites but perfect.

Niall and Dan have been together for quite some time and Niall feels likes he's getting closer in letting Dan know all of his secrets. Niall is a dancer and he loves to dress in women's lingerie!! But what would Dan think about all of this? Will Dan reject Niall for what he is?

There’s a lot of badness in this world. Cruelty and darkness and suffering. I like to keep them out with blocks of colour and passion, like lighting a torch the only way I can. When I dance, I feel the music touching my limbs and igniting me, burning away the strains and stains of living. It’s the same with the panties. Just little things, pretty little innocent things that prevent me from being engulfed by blandness and mediocrity.

One night Dan catches him dancing to Billie Jean in his "Sir Lee" undies and I just loved Dan's reaction to it.

I don't usually post the picture that is used as inspiration for this story but I couldn't find any other picture that captures Niall that perfectly!!

I really love this author duo.. I've read some other stories of them and will definitly read more.

PHOTO DESCRIPTION:

There are two photographs.
Photo 1: In the first photograph a young, attractive man is dancing. He wears only panties, bra and a hat. His face is hidden, perhaps suggesting secrecy.
Photo 2: In the other photograph a man stands with his hands in his pockets, baring his toned chest. He wears sunglasses and has a surly expression.

STORY LETTER:
Dear Author,

My boyfriend and I have decided to take the next step in our relationship and exchange keys. He works odd hours as he’s a (cop, FBI, commando, doesn’t matter as long as it’s cool and dangerous). I have a secret that I haven’t told him yet, I like to dress in women’s underwear. I’m not ashamed of this at all; I just haven’t found the right way to tell him, it doesn’t go over well with everyone. I don’t think he’ll have a problem with it, but you have to take your time with these things.

I don’t have too many things I’m picky on, it can BDSM, contemporary, paranormal or whatever as long as it’s not apocalyptic. I’d like for MC2 to catch MC1 dancing in his underwear (maybe to Michael Jackson or something like that) as to how he finds out about the cross-dressing. Also something from MC2’s job will cause some danger to MC1.

Sincerely,

Shantel

Review: Carte Blanche by Nash Summers
Carte Blanche - Nash Summers

Wow, what a suprise this was *sniffs*

Devin was perfect for Jude. Gosh, I can't imagine feeling the way Jude felt for years. Having this severe OCD with social anxiety disorder. He felt so alone.

"I asked about you. Your first and only response was to tell me about your disorder. You aren't your disorder. You told me about all the things you don't like and none of the things you do like. I just find it hard to believe someone like you is completly comprised of dislikes and not a single like."

I loved how patient Devin was with Jude. How he was able to get Jude out of his comfort zone.
But in the end Jude did all the work, he made his world change by taking baby steps and wanting more for his life.

"That was my smile, I decided right then, the one Devin always wore for me. That was the smile that had made me realize that all the most difficult things in life would be worth doing ten times over, just for him."

STORY LETTER:

Dear Author,

I’ve never needed anyone. People are a vulnerability I don’t need or want. But then there was him. I couldn’t get him out of my head, he was a distraction I didn’t need. No matter how much I pushed him away, he kept coming back. One kiss and I know I’ll never let him go.

Sincerely,

Amanda

Reading progress update: I've read 64%.
Carte Blanche - Nash Summers

I had no idea what he was always smiling about. Devin must've seen the world in a different light than I did. Where I saw vast expanses of nothing but whiteness and dull comparisons of reality, Devin saw things in the brightest forms of Technicolor, and constantly acted as if he'd basked in it's glow during his sleep. I wanted more of his color to rub off on me. I wanted more of his smiles.

If he was going to bother me, I'd at least prefer he do it at the same time each day, but I'm sure he knew that and was annoying me at randam times to mix up my patterns.
