When Dan realized that Tommy had no plans to use him again, and that his time was being wasted, he presented Tommy with an eighty-dollar receipt for a new pair of Sketchers boots he'd purchased. 'What is this?' Tommy asked.
'You stepped on my boots so many times during our scene, they got all scuffed. I had to replace them. I'd like to be reimbursed.'
