This did not read like a sequel to Daggerspell.  I kept putting off reviewing because not really sure what to say about it plus was kicking myself for diving immediately into it after the first book.

Okay, a few paragraphs hinted at continuation of the storyline/characters from first book -- what I was wanting to read.  But mostly it read like a rather murky anthology of flash fictions extremely loosely related (even though sometimes wound up being various reincarnations of or a drifting into story bit by familiar characters).

I kept waiting for stuff to happen, for the series to be continued.  Got just a bare glimmer in with a bunch of uninteresting, seemingly incomplete meanderings.  Of course, I could be wrong and one or more bits that bored me are going to prove vitally important to rest of series.

In no particular order and not necessarily bad/worst books but disappointing ones I had been anticipating reading.  (Yes, Molly Harper wrote books on my best, most disappointing, and worst lists.)

I say "tentative" because with my booklikes' shelves still broken and reviews not caught up, I'm sure some good ones are missing from shelves here, on various book sites and in lot sof notes I've failed to catch up to.

 I've kept my Leafmarks shelves updated but today those aren't displaying on my iPad (likely I've set to show too many at a time but because shelf page hangs the option to change how many display isn't showing) so may edit this after I get back home to a better desktop machine.

Just missed being favorite reads of 2015 but still ass-in-seat-kept-reading books were The Unleashing - Shelly Laurenston, Throne of Glass - Sarah J. Maas  and the much fluffier Scooby-Do style cozy mystery (not my usual genre at all) Better Homes and Hauntings by Molly Harper (2014-06-24) - Molly Harper.

I've finished; will be ★★★★☆ but won't likely review before the weekend.
