Audio Review: Wicked Billionaire (The Wicked Horse Vegas #8) by Sawyer Bennett, Narrated by Lance Greenfield, Kirsten Leigh

Wicked Billionaire by Sawyer Bennett

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Bennett saved the best for last. Wicked Billionaire is brash, sensual, acerbic and unpredictable. Declan can be a little hard to take, but the thrill comes from waiting to see what he'll do next. In Bailey he meets his match. A tough cookie with the smart mouth to back it up. I had the chance to listen to Leigh and Greenfield bring Bailey and Declan to life and the experience is electric. A firecracker.

Audio Review: Wicked Secret (Wicked Horse Vegas, Jameson Force Security) by: Sawyer Bennett
Narrated byKirsten Leigh, Lance Greenfield

Move over temptation and make room for heart. With Sawyer Bennett there is always a twist. It's that unpredictability that makes the experience unforgettable. Wicked Secret packs moments that range from spicy to heartrending in an intriguing bundle of chaos. Greenfield and Leigh bring stability to a convoluted tale of long withheld secrets, heartbreaking drama and dangerous intentions. Leighton and August are a haunting mix of suspense and drama that are tough on the heart and wicked on the hormones. Tissues are most definitely required.

Silent Fear (A novel inspired by true crimes) by Lance Morcan and James Morcan is a gripping murder investigation that caught and kept my attention.

I received a complimentary promotional copy from Amazon. That did not change my opinion for this review. I gave this book four stars.

"Scotland Yard detective Valerie Crowther is assigned to investigate the murder of a student at a university for the Deaf in London, England. The murder investigation coincides with a deadly flu virus outbreak, resulting in the university being quarantined from the outside world.

When more Deaf students are murdered, it becomes clear there is a serial killer operating within the sealed-off university."

Audio Review: Wicked Angel (Wicked Horse Vegas Book 6) by: Sawyer Bennett (author) Lance Greenfield (narrator) Kirsten Leigh (narrator)
Wicked Angel (Wicked Horse Vegas Book 6) - Lance Greenfield,Sawyer Bennett,Kirsten Leigh

Anyone who reads a Sawyer Bennett novel doesn't do so for the beautiful words or the flighty happily ever after. Wicked Angel takes a detour into darkness that is as pure as it is tragic. Elena and Benjamin want to feel complete after heartbreak has ripped their lives to shreds. Pain is the answer to a prayer, even as love sneaks into the equation. Though not always likeable, Benjamin is an understandably, empathetic character. His despair left my heart bleeding and my soul breathless. Elena was more of a paradox. Not easy to figure out, but intriguing to get to know. Narrated by Greenfield and Leigh, Ben and Elena are a taste of real life. Bennett turns heartache in a sensuously, unpredictable wake-up call.

Audio Review:  The Slow Burn (Moonlight and Motor Oil #2) by: Kristen Ashley (author) Stella Bloom (narrator) Lance Greenfield (narrator)

Ashley has a way of grabbing hold of a heart and never letting go. The Slow Burn makes it easy to understand why. Addie and Toby have both experienced less than perfect. Just as they are ready to throw in the towel, love presents itself. At the worst possible time. Do they take a chance or walk away? I had the pleasure of discovering their journey in audio. Bloom and Greenfield brought life to an already emotional read. It felt like watching a movie unfold. There is something about hearing the words that stirs the inner workings of every emotion. I loved the experience.
