"It was a night very much like this," he started. "The ship was already filled with fish. We had been on the grandest expedition. But the captain, Rodrigo Bonicelli, he was ordinary captain, always had to push for more. One more net filled with fish, one more great whale to bring home. Your grandfather was his first mate. I was his second. As we headed home we towed the large net, just to see what we might catch. Sure enough, we caught it... the catch to end all catches."
