9 DAYS DIET PLAN

 

Day 1: Start your day by having 10-15 ml of ghee (if possible mixed with Triphala) and luke warm water empty stomach in the morning. Keep having luke warm water during the day. It will help in clearing your stomach through purgation and detoxifying digestive system. Have sabudana water during day and fruits. For dinner have sabudana kichri (Always try to have dinner between 6 pm- 7pm).


Day 2: Fruits/coconut water/Rajgira chapattis with vegetable curry.


Day 3: Sweet potato/few nuts/ Jaggery Lassi/kuttu atta (buckwheat) chapattis and vegetables.


Day 4: Fruits/Yogurt/ sabudana Jaggery kheer /Samak rice/Paneer.


Day 5: Fruits/Nuts/hung curd salad/Rajgira/ vegetables.


Day 6: Fruits/makhana and sweet potato jaggery kheer/Samak rice dosa with coconut chutney


Day 7: Fresh fruit smoothie/nuts/Sabudana kichri.


Day 8: Sweet potato/Yogurt/Fruits/buckwheat/vegetables.


On Day 9 when you break your fast go slow on eating Prasad. It is important to have Prasad but always start with small quantities as your body will not be use to heavy food.

The little girl in the story has different things going on in her life and each new thing gives her a different emotion. These emotions are felt by everyone at some point or another and are great to be discussed in the classroom to let children know that emotions are a normal part of life. 

After reading this story, the teacher could make a chart and ask students to write down things that make them feel a certain way and record it on the chart so that students can see that different things make people feel different ways. The most important part of this story is to show that not everyone reacts the same way to the same situation. Everyone is different and each person should be accepted.

Hairs are the beauty of men as well as for the women. Both man and woman take utmost care in the maintaining of the hair. The beautiful and silky hairs indicate the image of your personality. If your hairs are not in good condition, it will indicate your bad personality. Resultantly, you will not be attractive personality. Silky and shining hairs add the beauty of the person. It gives you comfort as well as confidence. There are different kinds of hairs depends upon the quality and fineness of the hairs such as fine hairs, coarse hairs or the combination of the both fine and coarse. Each type of hair demands the different dealing of the hairs.

Fine hairs will need the different method, tips, and oils. Similarly, coarse hairs will entail accordingly. The finding of your hair quality is necessary because hair extensions are attached to it. The packaging of hair extension is compulsory as it makes the hair extension more splendid and magnificent in the market. For routine treatment of hairs to make them silkier and shining, light protein treatment should be applied such as such light protein and moisture conditioner. For massaging of hairs, use your hands along with comb for massage. Be gentle while massaging.

Be gentle while massaging.

 

For coloring of hairs is concerned, use herbal or regular color on your hairs. When hairstyle is concerned, do simple protective styles like updos and buns; sew INS, braids, twist. Try more extravagant braid styles but be gentle. If your hairs are curly, and you want to make it straight, then use heat very infrequently and at medium temperature.

If You Give a Moose a Muffin is a fun story about a moose that is given a muffin, then wanting jam to go with it, then he'll want to go to the store to get more muffin mix. I read this story along with If You Give a Mouse a Cookie when I was a child, and I enjoyed both of these stories.

 

This book would be great to use in a kindergarten or first grade classroom. You could either do a lesson on cause and effect, or sequencing. For cause and effect, you can together make a cause and effect anchor chart and determine which events in the stories are caused or affected by which. You could also make a sequencing anchor chart and have the students put the events in order.
