Cover Reveal: Declan by Laramie Briscoe

[Because facebook has very unfairly blocked my blog, Punya Reviews..., from being promoted on their platform, I'm using booklikes as a "gateway" of sorts so I have a link to promote. It's been over a year but I tried for the first 4 months to reach them through any means I could find but without any luck whatsoever. Doesn't look like I'll get the block removed anytime soon, if ever. More on what happened can be found here.]

Oh lookie, a new Paratwa book
Binary Storm (Liege-Killer) - Christopher Hinz

I really enjoyed the first book, felt a bit let down by the second book, and strongly disliked the final book. Or what I thought was the final book. A little more than 20 years after publishing that one, Hinz is now releasing a fourth Paratwa novel.

I'm probably going to end up reading it. ::sigh:: Crossing my fingers that Hinz does better by his female characters this time around.

Jane Fletcher has a new book coming out in June!
The Shewstone - Jane Fletcher

Considering that Fletcher's last book came out maybe 6 years ago, I was a little worried that she'd stopped writing. Then I spotted this on Goodreads. I tried not to get too excited, though, because the book wasn't listed on Bold Strokes Books' website...but now it is! Although, as usual, I'm wincing at what BSB has decided to charge for it. Why oh why is $9.99 your favorite price, BSB?

Couldn't put it down!
Luxe - Ashley Antoinette Snell

OMG! I can't remember the last time I read a book from start to finish in a matter of hours. I couldn't stop reading. I had to know. I knew I wouldn't get any rest. Is this book without flaws? NO, but the fact that it was so engrossing and took over my day, it deserves 5 stars for entertainment.

Insight.
I haven't read Street Lit in over a year. I know it can become stale and redundant but Ashley always brings it. I haven't read a book by her that was lower than a 4 star read.

Fog Warning is DONE!

The final draft of Fog Warning - before it goes to editing, anyway - is done. I've sent it to a select few to make sure the story is worth showing beta readers, and when I gets it back from these (pre)betas, I will be sending it to those of you who requested it. Then it goes to proper editing and proofreading. We're that much closer to seeing this joker published!

“Tick, tock, tickety, tock. Time’s slipping away, doc. Better be on your way, or someone’s going to die today!”

Emergency Room Physician Brent Cummings is harboring secrets he’d rather leave in the shadows of his past. But, when he finds a dead woman in a foggy park, all his skeletons come tumbling out of the closet.

In a deadly race against time, Brent attempts to alter the future so that he might finally let go of the past.

Will he heed the warning in the fog, or will fate prove more dependable than the good doctor?
