In the end it ends like they always said it would. So no big surprises, but to be honest I was a little bit underwhelmed. It had built up to a great big finale, and while there is a finale, I felt like it could have been a bit more.Nevertheless, I really enjoyed the series and would recommend it.
Slightly better than the last volume. Not buy much though. The explanations were still repetitive and the story dragged on and on AND ON.
I do t know what the authors were thinking but this thing had no plot AT ALL and all the characters did was go "OMG! Someone has a Death Note" and sat around waiting for Near to do something. And then it ended.
Awesome! Will definitely look this over more thoroughly after I watch the show and movies. Cool little encyclopedia though, good info!
I can't tell if I just got cliff-hung, but damn what a finale. Such a great series.
This is called volume 13, and an encyclopedia for the series. It isn't really either. It's more like a set of DVD special features. Worth reading? Actually... yes, at least in part. The character profiles that start the book have very little new information to add, but L.'s does include his real nam...
Wow. What a way to close a series. Yes, it is mostly Near and Light standing around talking at each other, but hasn't that been the entire series so far? For a series with a death toll in the thousands, there's been very little action. It's all been a giant chess match with Light. And of course, he ...
I expected volume 13 would be more interesting but it was OK. Yeah L, take Raito's potato chip and eat it!
9 years after L’s dead and 3 years after Raito’s dead, a new person using Death Note appears. He is killing ill and elderly people and those who ask him to kill them. It was wonderful addition to Death Note epilogue and it really is shame that it wasn't added to 12th volume. I was very pleased with ...
Questo è decisamente il mio volume preferito, l'ho riletto varie volte (+ ho guardato l'anime) e ogni volta mi sono ritrovata a piangiucchiare (?) come una scema.. Lo rileggerei un altro milione di volte, indubbiamente!
