The taste of temptation Terri had flown from England to help plan her cousin's wedding, but paying for a New York hotel room was like giving blood! She had an alternative: the new in-laws were offering lodging. Of course, the Argeneaus were a certifiably odd bunch. There was the sometimes chipper, sometimes brooding Lucern—a "vampire romance" writer. There was the wacky stage actor, Vincent. She couldn't imagine Broadway casting a more ravenous singing-and-dancing Dracula. And then there was Bastien. Of this unique cast of characters, he seemed the tallest, darkest and hungriest—and his effect on Terri was decidedly delicious. Just looking into his eyes made her want to serve up her innocence on a silver platter. And she had a feeling the love feast was about to begin.

Tall Dark and Hungry is the fourth book of the Argeneau series by Lynsay Sands. The story is about Bastien and Terri. The week before Lucern’s wedding his life mate has to leave town unexpectedly for a conference while her best friend, Terri, is coming into town early to help with last minute weddin...
It makes sense that Terri would stay with Bastien while she orgaised her cousin's marriage to Lucern, she knows nothing about the family vampirism and she is determined to give her cousin a perfect wedding. Entertaining, light read with some fun characters.
It seems that Sands has determined that all of the Argeneau siblings must simply meet their life partner and live happily ever after. With his father having died in a fire, Bastien is now the head of the family. He is the one that everyone calls when they are in a rough spot - the fixer of problems...
Vampire fans will love Bastien and Terri!Bastien was a real sweetheart and I simply loved how he treated Terri like she was special and did things with her even as he had to keep control of Vincent the eccentric one of the bunch. All of the Argeneau men are attractive and charming in their own righ...
Okkaaayy.. maybe not as romantic as my etienne's book but still good and severely hilarious. ^_^
