Tammy Robinson is a contemporary author from New Zealand. Her first three novels, 'Charlie and Pearl', 'When Stars Collide' and 'A Roast on Sunday' are all available for purchase on Amazon in both e-book and paperback form. She is currently at work on her fourth novel. After years spent working her way round the world on cruise ships and at Club Med resorts (and yes, the rumours are all true) Tammy now lives in the beautiful Bay of Plenty with her husband, their baby girl Holly (born October 2012), a scatty black Labrador and a grumpy black cat who occasionally requires a two week course of anti-anxiety medication to stop him from pulling his own fur out. Seriously. When not being drooled/vomited/pooped on by Holly or staring out the window daydreaming of adventures to be had, Tammy manages to squeeze in some writing. She dreams of showing off this beautiful, incredible world to her daughter and is intent on squeezing every last drop out of life. Although Charlie and Pearl has gotten good reviews on Good Reads, I was not overly impressed with it. It was an okay story, interesting enough to keep me reading…but not enough to actually want to recommend this to anyone else. There wasn’t much depth to it, it sort of just skimmed the surface witho...
