Cute book..this was my second time reading it. I did enjoy the stories and will def. be seeking out more from this author.
There were some interesting accounts of life-saving surgery here, but what I came away with, more than anything, was the feeling that Trout anthromorphized his patients in a way I wasn't comfortable with. Perhaps listening to this the week we had to euthanize our 15-year-old cat was not a good choic...
I didn't get it finished but what I read was good.
