What a wild ride these books are. Somehow it all works but I'm totally surprised at how much gets thrown into Cassie's already convoluted life and love life. The wibbly wobbly time-y wimey bits -- still not a huge fan but not too overdone in this series entry.
So I fianlly got around to reading this book and I haven to admit to slight, very slight disappointment. For me this book wasn't quite as good as the previous. It didn't have as much humour, some of the characters weren't there, i felt the mentioning of short stories as just kind of thrown in there....
Okay, I think I may officially be through with this series. There is one emergency after another that are only half a page apart. I was tired just reading it. And I wish there would have been more Mircea or some kind of resolution with Pritkin. Maybe not resolution but a move toward something! ...

Still an interesting story, and it's always so interesting to watch Cassie discover more things she's capable of. Nobody knows e...
