Teresa Bergen writes about health, fitness and travel. She also writes fiction. Her work has been published in Exquisite Corpse, River City, South China Morning Post, and Ms. She has a BA in journalism from UC Santa Cruz and an MFA in fiction writing from Louisiana State University. Currently she lives in Portland, Oregon. When she's not writing, she's at the gym, where she teaches yoga, group exercise and does personal training.
