I enjoyed Shelby and Deacon and even though the author provided enough to give a background on both of them, it left me wanting to know more about them. I think if this had been a longer book it could have been better and allowed for development of the story and these characters, there was a lot of...

This was a good shortish story. I think it would have been better expanded into a longer novella to learn the characters more and feel more of their connection as it grew during the time they were not a couple. there is reference to het sex with others after the 2 MCs meet
