Totally silly, pointless book. Poor plot, shallow characters, not really at all scary, nothing to recommend it.
Actual rating 3 1/2 stars. First novel I read by this author. I will definitely check out some of his other work. I love the way he took something seemingly normal--in this case, a school becoming a charter school--and slowly twisted it until it became something horrifying.
Bentley Little never disappoints.
