Beautiful writing. Questionable science. Most definitely not an 11-year-old narrator (it's very clear from the story that an older Julia is looking back on the time when she was 11/12).

They should really have an "I'm never going to finish this" option in addition to finished. I found this slow paced almost to the point of boring. Maybe at another time I'd invest the time or relish the zen-ness of it, but right now I want something catchy.
