I was curious about this book, as it was set in Antarctica, like a book I'm writing. There's a lot about this book that's interesting, and there's a lot that I really disliked. I'm not even going to try summing up the story, since it follows multiple points of view and covers so much story. Suffice ...

This is a review of The Atlantis Gene (The Origin Mystery, Book 1) by A.G. Riddle. This was an interesting book for me, the moral of the story I had heard before but at the start of the book I never saw foresaw how it would end and the book seemed to take a turn every time I had grasped what was goi...

Bleh, no short synopsis this time. I really wanted to like this book, but the ‘thriller’ bits definitely outweighed the ‘sf’ bits, to the point where I got tired of reading about spies and started skimming forward. The book blurb sounded interesting. Sadly enough this book did not impress me. The basic story is not too bad and the writing itself is acceptable. The major problem I have with this book is that it plays out too much like an American TV-series. It is a rather unbelieavable ride of conspiracies, twi...

My full The Atlantis Gene: The Origin Mystery, Book 1 audiobook review can be found at Audiobook Reviewer. The Atlantis Gene: The Origin Mystery, Book 1 is a highly complex science fiction mystery thriller that made some pretty huge promises to me, via all of the other positive reviews. Several mini-...

This book has a lot of 5 star reviews on Amazon. For a debut self-published novel I congratulate the author on his success it must feel great and lead to a lot more sales. I bought the book, only a dollar or two, and for that price and the author's experience it's a decent read. A science thriller, ...

Mythology and sci-fi mixed with lots of action and suspense. Intriguing premise of how the origins of modern man may be linked to the lost city of Atlantis. Unfortunately, there was way too much "telling" rather than "showing," making for a bit laborious read, especially the book being just shy of 5...
