When I's wife Anorexia is kidnapped (and his mouth stolen) by a trio of Stetson-wearing bodybuilders, he sets off on a mission to rescue them both. I consults his friend Stalker (a misogynistic bounty hunter) and together they use his underworld connections to find out where his wife has been taken. Initial enquiries point to Gymland, the Queendom of the Steroid Cowboys. The pair, along with Nasty (Stalker’s occasional girlfriend) embark on a quest to rescue Anorexia. To reach Gymland the trio must travel through the Ratlands. As they navigate through its carnivorous rat-trees, and the equally carnivorous Fearys, (unseen monsters that live in the closet) matters quickly become deadly. The psychotic Meat Puppeteer and his Biker Zombie Puppets descend upon the group and threaten to strip them of their skeletons. I's rescue mission now makes a detour into the land of the mutant Fishlee, a race of parasitic fish that attach themselves to human crotches. It's here he discovers his wife Anorexia isn't who he thought she was. Then things really take a nosedive…
